What does a scan show?
With Lushair One: basic scalp condition, hairline pattern and visible density. With Lushair Pro: oil, buildup and follicle detail a phone photo can't see.
Which one should I get?
Both magnify your scalp 100× and work with the Lushair app. Lushair One uses white light. Lushair Pro adds UV and polarized light.
Which phone does it work with?
iPhone, with iOS 16.0 or later. Each scan is guided and saved in the Lushair app.
How does the deposit work?
You pay a deposit when you order: Lushair One takes a $29 deposit and Lushair Pro takes a $39 deposit. The rest of the price is charged to the same card when your device ships.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Next-batch orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email support@lushair.ai first for return instructions.
Does Lushair diagnose hair or scalp conditions?
No. Lushair is designed for tracking, not diagnosis. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
