Questions
When am I charged?
You pay a $29 deposit when you order. The remaining $70 is charged to the same card when your Lushair One ships, for a total of $99.
When will my Lushair One ship?
Next-batch orders are expected to ship by October 15.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Next-batch orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email support@lushair.ai first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a refund can take up to 30 days to process.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Lushair devices and included charging docks have a six-month limited warranty from the delivery date. It covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures in normal use.
What is the difference between Lushair One and Lushair Pro?
Both magnify your scalp 100× and work with the Lushair app. Lushair One uses white light. Lushair Pro adds UV and polarized light.
Does Lushair diagnose hair or scalp conditions?
No. Lushair is designed for tracking, not diagnosis. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
